Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply to sonalibose.com and to the free live ads check and free teardown offered on it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by Sonali Bose, a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Contact: sonali@leadelevate.ca.

3. What the check and the teardown are, and are not

• They are built only from information that is publicly visible: Google's Ads Transparency Center (through a data provider), the public source of the website you name, public search results and public business listings. No account access is used or requested.
• They describe a moment in time. Ads change, sites change, and third-party data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. We do not warrant that any finding is accurate, complete or current.
• They are general information and opinion, not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Decisions about your advertising remain yours. We do not promise any outcome, including more enquiries, bookings, revenue or a lower cost per lead.
• A finding that a tag, pixel or booking system is "not found" means it was not visible in the page source we loaded. It may still exist, for example when loaded through a tag manager.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service to evaluate a business you own or are authorised to act for. You agree not to:

• run checks by automated means, scrape the Service, or try to get around the rate limits or bot protection;
• submit false contact details, or details belonging to someone else without their permission;
• use results to harass, defame or unfairly compete with a business you do not represent;
• interfere with the Service or attempt to access data that is not yours.

We may limit, suspend or refuse use of the Service at any time, including where we believe these terms are being broken.

5. Availability

The Service is free and provided as is. We may change, pause or withdraw it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will be available or error-free.

6. What you give us

You confirm that the details you submit are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. We use them as described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting the check or the form you ask us to contact you about that request.

7. Content and intellectual property

The text and design of this site are owned by Sonali Bose. The software that runs the site, including the live check, is owned by Imroz Solutions and Services and used here with its permission. None of it may be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written consent. Testimonials on the site are quotations from the named people. You may keep and use any teardown we prepare for you for your own business.

8. Third-party services

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the same extent, Sonali Bose will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim connected with it is limited to CAD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.

10. Paid work

Any paid engagement, including campaign management, is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms. Any guarantee we offer for paid work is set out in that agreement only.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
